Who Are We? Local Agenda 21 in Netherley - Valley (Liverpool) consists of a group of local members of the community and interested people/organisations who wish to see a more socially, economical and environmentallly 'sustainable' community. We have been going since August 1997 when we were first established as a sub- group of the Netherley & Valley SRB Partnership. Our aims include: 1. Educating local people about 'sustainable development' 2. Campaigning for sustainable-type initiatives, e.g. better housing and shops, less litter, recycling etc. 3. Developing 'sustainability' projects. We meet on a regular basis in the new Millennium Centre on Childwall Valley Road. If you would like to attend one of our meetings and get involved with activities, please contact us and we'll let you know when they are.
